Please view the dreams in the reply sections below, the first page is available at the bottom of this post, but there wasn't enough space to post all of the pages here.
The description of the dream is included below, but only as a conclusion, if you want to see the rest of the dream, to better understand the interpretation, please copy the images in the posts below. Thank You.
Note before you read: I have only gone on my first instincts whilst interpreting, I am in no way psycho-analyzing you or giving you advice on how to live your life. The terms I use do seem personal, but I work on the idea that in sleep, we wander into territories of our self that are difficult to bear or are for most of our life, latent, but can still be a lasting memory that our dreaming mind can mutate.
Enjoy!!
This looks like a dream that dramatizes your sense of helplessness. The whole scenario seems to suggest a forced responsibility to solve a problem that has potentially huge impending disaster, a kind of cross roads.
I thought that the ‘flash’ of metal was in some way a tease, a quick glimpse of the solution in the hands of the catalyst to the problems before you and just as you are about to get it, the situation escalates and gets so out of hand it is now probably beyond your control.
I looked at your recall of horror as you awoke after the monk guy looked at YOU, almost like he was enjoying being the cause of this chaos, that he adds the icing on the cake by trying to make YOU feel guilty. I know that anything that scares me, or say if I caused an accident, I have the power of hindsight and can replay the event and have flashes of the scenario straight away as you try to register what the hell just happened. By this assumption, Mr. Monk is trying to say, YOU made him do it, it’s not his fault you missed the answer he flashed to you for a split second before a woman spontaneously has caesarean above a well of viscous Dobermans, ready for him to douse in fuel and cook everything in and around it! You evil man!!!
Your mind must have stumbled on a section that dwells in self doubt, self loathing, disbelief, cowardice, lack of care, immaturity as in not wanting to be responsible for actions and decisions and maybe the Monk is the personification of responsibility and if you accept him, he will give you the metal answer. I hear the old saying “Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer.” ringing in my head.
On the flip side though, the woman could be a personification of burdens that prevent the acceptance with responsibility, like holding in your true feelings or avoidant behaviour which boils up and is like a bomb waiting to blow.
The fact you noticed the starvation of the girl and the dogs is interesting, starvation is a sense of craving for a basic need, and just as you get close enough, another sense, smell which is discouraging comes in and you retreat. This can mean you truly understand the gravity of this situation, like a feeling of empathy, which is probably the first positive emotion in this dream and then the smell, I think, is pity or your selfishness, like you can’t just suck it up and do what you know is right, which you would have felt if you were empathetic to the plight of both the girl and child and the dogs.
The dogs are a strange presence in the pit, they seem like the threat, they do attack the child, but they are only doing what they need to survive, so you also empathise with them too and are again repelled by their plight and retreat back into yourself and show your own self involvement.
Maybe the well is a ‘pit’, as in ‘pity’, just a thought.....
The fact you didn’t register anything that the Monk was feeling, was showing that the Monk is also self involved, as he didn’t have empathy for anyone in the dream. Maybe The Monk also represents selfishness to the point of not being capable of catering for needs of others and that maybe the shiny metal answer too.
I didn’t have any data about how you felt in your dream or if you were just a spectator, so I have gone on the way I felt as I listened to the recorded version of this dream. I hope my view was thought provoking and I would like for others on this forum to re-interpret this dream and I will begin on the next dream.
Okay, I have read and recorded, listened and interpreted. I would first like to say, well done for remembering this, the story is epic, and my interpretation may seem insignificant compared to the story telling ability that you have. However I will try to do it justice and find what I believe, is the profound message behind this dream.
I rushed into the last interpretation and should’ve read the rest of the text. I think that the first dream I interpreted was one of the tests that you failed. The moral was the realisation that we are solely responsible for our own actions, however we can become overwhelmed with intense dread when we try to accept our responsibilities, when the only absolute truth, is death.
I have also come to a conclusion that the first dream, is the most important, which will be revealed below.
The incident from your past may have triggered your actions of embracing this idea and I think has a lot of relation to the ancient Egyptian philosophy of the Trials of the Afterlife as well as the confrontation with the sons of the Gods, I also found links of interesting symbolism, the essence of myth and the underlining of the institution we call religion, faith, governing and will.
Here it goes......
The second dream page:
Recurring dreams are often a good indicator in their selves that of a path that is already set in motion, something that can be so obvious and significant, but is filled with distractions and interruptions.
The dreams begin with the belief of death or the realization of death and alter our perception into the unknown. This can often give us the fear of unpredictability and can seen or thought of as ‘unspeakable’ or ‘forbidden’ knowledge. Your drowning incident could easily cause you to lose the illusion of immortality and that in life death is the only true outcome.
The first room you enter is the ‘limbo’ room. The thirteen doors may have significance to the pyramid of knowledge, enlightenment and spiritual truth, only 12 of which are possible to understand and at the top, as you will see if you study the freemasons and alike, there is the ‘all seeing eye’, or the ‘eye of Horus’. Our natural need to understand is often a large jeopardy, we always know that with experience, we become wiser and we climb up each step of the pyramid, or in this case, enter a new room of testing to gain that wisdom.
The variation of sexes and ages would be simple to interpret as the other dead souls, who you could relate to. Each one ‘laughing or crying’ when they leave each door, which from the content of the rest of the dream, would indicate which ‘trial’ they had just completed, or whether they passed or failed and how they have evaluated the experience.
The distorted faith of the entity that beholds the first door and trial has cold skin and a red gothic dress, which has description of both Hell and Heaven. Goth is another term for God, cold is also a description of Hell in some scripture as is red. This distorted figure was only a distortion of what you believe and you are essentially questioning whether what you had come to know, or what you think you know as fact about the afterlife or time of judgement, is correct or not. The title of the test also may indicate the same; your faith will be tested.
The wooden bridge, that seems infinitely long is a common first hurdle of the Egyptian afterlife, it is believed that if you had lived a life free of sin, you could easily cross the bridge or even fly and if you were a frequent sinner, you would be too heavy and would fall into eternal nothingness, which could be seen as the void with the flashing lost souls beneath.
I think that because you are already in fear of unpredictability, bought on by you questioning your version of faith and identifying with it, the whole of your surroundings were deliberate to show no sign of Heaven, even the sky was ‘in pain’ and the clouds of babies may be a distortion of what cherubim’s are.
You don’t believe the ‘angel’ when you are told you can fly, you ignore it and the problems escalate because of your doubt in yourself, a kind of wrath is coming upon you to self-destruct and the lost souls are probably identifying with you now and are attempting to ‘drag you down with them.’
You close your eyes to avoid this persecution you see, then you miraculously ‘passed’ and were freed of your dilemma. What could’ve saved you? You didn’t ask for help, you just persevered, it can’t have been divine intervention; you were surrounded by the diabolical. Maybe the whole scene wasn’t Hell; maybe everyone goes through the same ordeal and makes you question what really sets you free.
The nervous laughter probably is you thinking about what is at the back of your mind, you can see an answer, a ‘flash’ of something, but you hope what you know as reality for some bizarre reason. The fear of what is not known is the worst thing to know. Maybe there is no such thing as greatness and weakness, maybe it is just a divide of nerve.
The Monk is a very interesting occurrence, what he says may be summing up what you don’t want to think of, that the knowledge of the existence and values of God will bring you no solace, but what will?
The third dream page.
It appears the tables have turned, after seeing a Monk; you become trapped in a similar situation as the pregnant teen. This is a ‘church’ and there is ‘light’ coming into the room, the trapped scenario may be significant on the basis that you are not free, that whatever has led up to this has not made your life any easier or better. You obviously need to be free, and then you are asked by a voice what you believe. Are you in a house of God, is God a part of a church and is a church a safe place to be? Maybe this is the conflict in your mind, you really are beginning to doubt a holy presence and this fills you with dread.
You of course express your doubt and this leads to intense torture, being gutted. Almost like your very soul could be being surgically removed, you also notice the cold on the floor, which again, is common description of the depths of Hell. Maybe without you realizing, you are recognizing that Hell probably does exist and that Heaven doesn’t. There is everything to suggest this, however you are always referring to entities as ‘angels’, subconsciously, you may have equilibrium, a duality of thought that if Hell exists, then Heaven must too.
As you contradict your doubt by screaming the name of God, this doesn’t however; relieve your agony and torment. As you express your doubt again, you contradict your doubts and ‘hope’ that God is listening and that death will come soon, you then feel ‘warmth’, as you begin to expect and desire death, you haven’t had any other desires since your realisation of death, not to even to live. You must be coming to accept that even though what you don’t know what is coming, you can’t control anything either and you accept your fate, this gives you a warm glow and the trial ends and the ‘angel’ is ushering you to another test.
As I indicated in the beginning, the only thing in life you know is absolute truth, is death, but it doesn’t mean it is easy to accept either, you can’t stall it, or control it, you have to be prepared and take everything as it comes. Not wanting to care about what can be coming, or having intelligence, enlightenment or belief can be a form of denial and well...sloth.
You then explain a ‘conversation’ with a woman and child, yet you cannot vocalize anything and you feel that speech is ‘forbidden’. Maybe you are forbidden from explaining what you know now and this is a force that prevents all who have not been through these trials from knowing the truth. You are in the limbo of life, death and the afterlife, what is beyond is forbidden to know, or mystery would not be an entity in our existence. In life we often have a ‘pay no attention to the man behind the curtain’ suspicion.
As you see the next ‘angel’, you express that this is what you ‘think’ is referred to as an angel, the ‘back of the mind’ thoughts are altering your perception and coming into your consciousness through your experience.
The deformed runt, who looks like Sloth, funny he should come at this very time, is explaining that there are others who are less fortunate than you. This is very true. You now know more than anyone ever could, you have discovered a truth behind a truth, which after death, there is an existence that requires your very spirit and nature to be dissected and tested. What you have learned through all of your life about sin, redemption, confession, original sin, cardinal sin and reincarnation means absolutely nothing. Whether you are mobile or different, meaning great or weak, is irrelevant.
Another absolute truth is that in life or death, you don’t get something for nothing and in life, in order to obtain ultimate understanding of life; you must extinguish life and trade it for death.
Live and deny and be denied, die and be enlightened.
You now have this privilege, through your dreams.
The fourth dream page
You are informed that if you fail six tests, or more, you will fail the whole test. At this point, I am wondering if whatever anyone tells is of any importance, or if there is a far more significant message. If you looks into astrotheology and then look into the Bible, you may come to conclude that Jesus never existed and that the myths are exactly that, myths. However, just because it is myths, not fact, you believe, not know, that this doesn’t mean that the message is any less profound.
This is what I can identify as the Luciferian Path to Enlightenment, Lucifer just meaning from Latin ‘Lucem Ferum’, the Light Bearer.
You still have the fear of unpredictability, however and choose to do some browsing. You then categorise and evaluate the possibilities and what you think you should do next.
The absence of the woman who was with the child that is crying and pointing to a door, has tapped into your instinct to keep others safe, like you would if you found the child abandoned or lost in a shopping centre. I think this is a deliberate distraction to take your mind away from what is really happening in this dream.
The mangled soldier that introduces the next trial represents someone who has lived to battle for others and kill by command.
The next trial is all about basic survival of the fittest, shrewdness and desperation following what seems at first to have been a setup and the feeling of betrayal, almost as if human emotions are completely unwise in this environment.
When you realise that both of you are locked in stocks, you see that you can’t help yourself and yet you want to help the woman, which is an interesting theme that sounds familiar to the first dream.
Even though you are trapped and can’t vocalize anything, you are also equal, which is an absolute truth when your arms and her arms are demolished and you are set loose on one another to fight to the death. The lack of communication also may suggest that the woman is in the same predicament and that you are both forced to be self involved, have no empathy any more, it is a burden and this may have been the trigger for the pulley system, again an association of equality.
When you swung and forgot about how useless your arms are, this is an indicator of human nature in itself, we find it hard to learn from mistakes when we are desperate. Desperate for what though? You are dead, you can’t die, or live and you haven’t even begun to understand what this is all about, or even questioned why you are even bothering with it, in life, we can see the whole thing as a big distraction from the pure pointless activity of birth, living and then dying, everything in between can be seen as trivial, but for some reason, we still try to get ahead, even if we destroy one another, or just because we do as we are told, just like the soldier.
Everything here seems to deplete hope.
Nevertheless, you battle and succeed, devoid of empathy and pass the trial. The woman receives information that you are not allowed to hear, this may indicate that she had chosen different combinations in the selection of the trails and has reached a new stage of enlightenment.
The fifth dream page
You choose the ‘eternity of bliss’ room, yet the angel looks ‘sinister’, with chains cladding her clothing.
You experience the ‘fly on the wall’ type view of yourself, looking back and regretting, you also see what you perceived as Heaven and Hell.
This is quite the contradiction of the point of this room, as its title suggests, well an eternity of bliss. Maybe this is what you have conformed to, what you think makes you fulfilled but you now see, if you haven’t recognized and acknowledged this, is that you didn’t live your life properly, all you are doing is reminiscing over what you have been through and are reluctant to look into the future and what lies ahead. One absolute truth here is that even though this is the past, and you have some alternate scenarios of what you would’ve done in life, you can only watch it as a spectator, which is a familiar theme from the first dream and you still can’t control what happens, even if you go back and reflect on it, you are dwelling in a vicious circle and you now hate it.
Maybe this is a point of an epiphany that you have come to see what faith is. It’s not what you are told by others, not what you have conditioned yourself to be in order to fit in with the rat race of life, but what is inside, what you believe that really counts. Just like a myth or parable, but it is hindsight, again a theme in the first dream that makes us realise this and instead of being able to get ahead, you get left behind, the world moves on and you wish that you knew then, what you know now. At this point you have to leave ‘bliss’. No pain, no gain. This is very true and only through experience and participation can we truly come to know what is holy and important.
The chains on the angel may associate with the feeling of being held back by all of this and instead of bliss, you only have bitterness.
You obviously passed this trial, you must not fear the unknown, and it only burdens you further with envy and jealousy that leads to wrath.
The sixth page
The next trial you went to was ‘delusions of grandeur’; this I envisaged from its very title was about pride and vanity.
The mutilated man, who is at peace, may have been set free by not fearing how he appears to others.
You then go through a list and notice you had been a God, yet you deny wanting this reincarnation because you still value life at this point and notice that a God doesn’t have enough of it. You also seem to be expressing ‘greed’ at wanting the most life at this point, but I don’t think that this is the point of this trial.
You then also easily refuse reincarnation; you wish to rest in peace as from the third trial you have already accepted your demise.
It is worth noting that you have now lost the illusion of control and have come to accept that you will take it all as it comes from now on.
You pass, obviously as you denied the existence of a God.
You have also noticed the name Xoylo, which could be a title of your new form in this existence, but that is another subject entirely which I am not prepared to go into here; however it doesn’t mean that this is any less significant in this journey of self exploration.
The seventh dream page
The next entity or angel has a mutilated body filled with power tools blades and has its mouth sewn, yet you seem to be able to understand, maybe this is a new language that can’t be taught in your previous incarnations and it can’t be remembered, either.
This room is about you facing your sin.
You are on trial in a courthouse accused of various sins and you’re tortured accordingly to the statutes in this realm.
You unwittingly fail though, somehow. From the experience in previous trials, suffering means success, eye for an eye. You awaken and feel in the back of your mind that you ‘failed’.
I would agree that you did too. This about you constantly seems to feel guilty about yourself and your actions and this has conditioned you to be afraid of what you can’t control. However I don’t believe that anyone would be able to pass this test, we all respect authority and identify authority and give authority control. We give up ourselves to be accepted and for no reward, other to be on the side of the spectators and jeer and shout at another’s suffering into conformity.
The fact you failed, means you passed. You must accept that this is basic nurturing, we manipulate ourselves everyday and refuse to be mobile or different, it doesn’t matter if you are chained to a pentacle or reminiscing on good times, we need to be accepted and understood to have hope in our existence, but in this realm, it seems completely wrong, slothful and wrathful, the repeat of the moral of this sin is obviously an important aspect of this dream.
When you recalled the drowning after you thought about this dream, your mind was shouting something at you, you are experiencing this trial right now and your near death experience was when your mind began to look for the light and attempt to set you free, forever.
When you explain that ;‘hours had past, not seconds’, it relates to the expressions of, ‘no rest for the wicked’; ‘only the good die young’; or ‘time flies when you’re having fun’, all correct morals.
You are at the foot of the pyramid in your current existence.
Gluttony, greed, sloth, pride, envy, lust, wrath.
The eighth dream page
You now choose the one you least liked, to get the worst out of the way.
The angel has a resemblance to Anubis, the jackal type God from Ancient Egyptian beliefs. The ‘Joker’ resemblance and poor self regard may be a hint of pride and freedom from it, then you are informed that the next task involves cannibalism, which has links to survival, gluttony, greed and selfishness and of course, wrath.
The situation is deliberate to provoke desperation, with one obvious way out, as it seems.
You discover however, that if you step back and wait and think that you can escape using shrewdness, cunning and intelligence, however you do have to eliminate the man who is beyond this capability for enlightenment.
The realisation then speeds up the dilemma and you pass with honour intact by using your true will and humane reasoning.
The ninth dream page
You have made a very interesting observation at this point. You have pondered on the whys and wherefores of this realm. That the whole thing is a stage of provocative scenarios and that maybe, it is solely for the twisted gratification of the entities who are the Lords of it. This can be true of real life; maybe some periods of life, in retrospect, are just us being like puppets on a stage. Only humans can feel human emotion, a God is God and these entities, if not Gods, certainly don’t care much about our well being. They have manipulated belief so that we police ourselves, a kind of Gestapo atmosphere. Hmmmm......just like the Sons of God?
The only encouragement you received is from one of these entities! It said you should be proud, that you passed the last test, all on your own. It is not what we are ordered to do that matters, what haunts us more, is what we are NOT told to do.
You soldier on and enter the next trial. The next entity is a puppet, nonetheless, and he reveals your next task and even its solution. You pass with flying colours. I think the fact you noticed the puppet on the strings and its puppeteer was a parody of how the assumed illuminati and /or Sons of God, control us allegedly according to conspiracy, it is almost as if the answers are right in front of us in a subtle manner, that we miss the obvious truths and surrender ourselves to authority.
Your experience has now made you wise, however and you see past the hand and doll act. You have revitalised your belief in yourself and now want to succeed the best you can, you know you can’t fail now, but you still aren’t really sure what this is all about yet.
The tenth dream page
Your next angel is normal compared to the others, but with a horrifying voice, but just average and out of place here.
The association to your immediate life, as in your home and your girlfriend may want to put the message of this trial across even more. You are sucked into oblivion because of your pride and then you are stuck in oblivion.
You fail because of your selfishness, your greed, envy of your girlfriends’ safety.
You are then redeemed as the next trial allows you to save her, the Gods have come to respect you by now, I think, but remember, you get nothing for nothing in this life.
The eleventh dream page
This is the part that is difficult to explain, but I will try anyway.
You are tested to see if you can find in yourself, by actually exploring in yourself, whether the morals of this realm have sunk in to your heart.
Will you give your heart to these Gods? Will you listen to someone else’s ideas? Follow a person you don’t know or trust into a trap, just like the little girl?
Yes, you did.
If you embrace the part of yourself that believes in yourself, you can do anything.
You could for instance- walk across a bridge whilst being tormented, free yourself from chains on the floor, fight with two broken arms, look to the future and never look back, find spiritual truth instead of living in denial, refuse to be conformed against your true will, escape from imprisonment under threat of cannibals, look beyond what is obvious to find you way, learn from your mistakes and realise you have no control and that love for others really counts and finally, and most importantly, accept yourself for who you are and don’t give yourself to those who don’t deserve it. You are only a sinner, if you believe you are and you will give your heart if you don’t believe it is full of warmth.
If you look at the flash in the first dream, this was the responsibility. How can you help someone if you can’t help yourself?
Until you see that love of power is nothing and the power of love is essential, you will never know peace.
This draws my interpretation of this epic, inspiring, beautiful and provocative dream; I hope it provokes a view point to guidance.
I thank you for the task and for taking the time to read this.
I encourage others to reinterpret this dream or to add new views on my analysis.
Thanks a lot and sweet dreams.
